"Rawi helped me change the way I think about my career trajectory and future aspirations. When we first met, I was beginning a search for a new role and found the prospect of interviewing terrifying.

During our sessions, Rawi helped me to “right size” my fears and put my feelings of imposter syndrome at bay. His patience and compassion are immense, and he has provided a truly supportive foundation for my road ahead. Thank you!
